Youthspark Pan Africa is set to host the Youthspark Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs Conference 2023 in Accra, Ghana.

The 5-day program will be equipping participants with broader perspectives on global leadership and evolving business landscapes in Africa. Also, they will be gaining a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities that are unique to different regions across Africa.

The program will be providing young leaders with the opportunity to learn from successful leaders, captains of industries, as well as, network with other young people who are interested in global leadership and entrepreneurship. Also, they will be gaining valuable skills and knowledge that can help them succeed in their various careers.

OBJECTIVES

  • To develop & strengthen the leadership capacity of emerging leaders to inspire others, communicate effectively and make strategic decisions in their personal and professional lives.
  • To provide platform for participants to understand the key principles of entrepreneurs, such as identifying & positioning for opportunities in the new global economy.
  • To build a community of like-minded individuals who can support each other to drive innovation and socio-economic growth across various communities.
  • To share ideas and experiences as well as expose participants to opportunities available to them and providing viable strategies that guarantee high performance
