The Leadership X-Change & Mentorship program aims at igniting and increasing the capacity of emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, thought leaders and business owners for disruptive thinking, purposeful leadership and sustainable e-market solutions in Africa.
The program serves as a platform to facilitate socio-economic frameworks to engage, connect, as well as, provide access to strategic opportunities for entrepreneurs, social innovators, leaders of organizations and career professionals, which will deliver accelerated problem-solving and employment opportunities in the Africa space. The first edition (1.0) was hosted in Kigali, Rwanda in July 2022 with about 35 leaders attending from across 15 countries including Kenya, Zambia, Somalia, Nigeria, Ghana, Cyprus, South Africa, among others.
There is partial scholarship slots available for exceptional candidates, who must be doing incredible work in their communities to deserve the partial scholarship. All applications are reviewed within 48-72hours of submission on a rolling basis.
Through careful selection process, Youthspark Pan Africa aims to create a diverse cohort of talented individuals who will enrich our growing pan-African leadership community. Applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days on a rolling basis.
The Youthspark Leaders X-Change and Mentorship Program is a self-sponsored event and ONLY selected individuals shall be shall be expected to proceed with payment for the program.
Selected participants will have the opportunity to connect and learn in a series of activities including the group masterminds, brainstorming roundtable, experience-sharing, and networking sessions. You will also have a chance to dedicate some time to your body and mind, as well as explore the beautiful city of Lusaka, and the Victoria Falls in Livingstone, Zambia with like-minded individuals participating from across the world.
