Application Process

Program Investment

Through careful selection process, Youthspark Pan Africa aims to create a diverse cohort of talented individuals who will enrich our growing pan-African leadership community. Applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days on a rolling basis.

The Youthspark Leaders X-Change and Mentorship Program is a self-sponsored event and ONLY selected individuals shall be shall be expected to proceed with payment for the program:

$700 sharing
$850 single respectively.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to connect and learn in a series of activities including the group masterminds, brainstorming roundtable, experience-sharing, and networking sessions. You will also have a chance to dedicate some time to your body and mind, as well as explore the beautiful city of Nairobi, Kenya with like-minded individuals participating from across the world.

NOTE: Participants will however be responsible for securing any necessary travel/flight cost to the Youthspark Leadership X-Change & Mentorship Program in Nairobi, Kenya.

Our team will be able to provide guidance if needed.
